How would you like it if your apartment no longer had sunlight or a view?

Tenants in a New York City apartment building don't like it one bit, ever since the owners of the neighboring house decided to put up a four-story wall that almost reaches many of the apartments' windows.

According to a report today in The New York Post, the homeowners built the wall to give themselves privacy when hosting summer parties. But the apartment building owner thinks the measure goes too far. In addition to asking a court to order the homeowners to remove the wall, the apartment building owner is reportedly seeking $2 million in damages.
