If a neighbor is annoying you, you might decide it's worth walking down the hall to chat about the problem. But if you want a positive response, it's helpful to approach your neighbor with respect.
An Adelanto, California tenant allegedly grew so enraged while arguing with a neighbor that she assaulted him and his daughter with pepper spray. Rather than resolve the dispute, the tenant's actions led to her arrest Monday, and she is now being held on $100,000 bail, according to the San Bernardino County Sun.
Have you had success in talking with a neighbor about a problem? If so, why do you think it worked? If not, do you believe another approach might have worked better?
