Here's How

1. Email your story to apartments.guide@about.com
2. You can send multiple stories, but please keep each one under 500 words.
3. In order for your story to be eligible for publication, please include the following information in the email:
   1. First Name and Last Name (I need both for legal purposes, but will only print your first name online)
   2. Preferred Email Address (This will not be included on the site)
   3. Type of apartment you live in (studio, 2-bedroom, townhouse, etc.)
   4. Do you rent or own and for how many years?
   5. In which city, state or country you live (be as specific as you’d like)
   6. Any additional info you’d like
   7. The following statement:

      "I certify that I am the author or sole owner of the material I am submitting to About.com. About.com and its licensees may reproduce, distribute, publish, display, edit, modify, create derivative works and otherwise use the material for any purpose in any form and on any media. I agree to indemnify About.com for all damages and expenses that may be incurred in connection with the material. For more information, Please see our user agreement."
